[SOLVED] BAD_POOL_HEADER

Link to solved thread -  BSOD, bad_pool_header error - Windows 8.1 x64

What the issue was -
AVG + McAfee was installed, therefore kernel corruption was occurring due to conflicts. McAfee was removed.

  1. thanks for this, i had a client's laptop with the BAD_POOL_HEADDER. I reloaded on another ssd and it was fine so knew it was software.. then i found this blog. Mcafee wasn't installed but i forced uninstall from safe mode of AVG and it works fine now... thanks
